The Church started in the Mat-Su Valley with the purpose of reaching the un-churched. Church on the Rock had its humble beginnings in a private home on February 22, 2000, and we now meet in various locations in Wasilla, Palmer, and the Talkeetna area.

The church leadership was led to bring the ministry of Fresh Start to Alaska in September of 2005. Our desire is to go after the heart and teach each person how to live a lifestyle of forgiveness. This lifestyle will lead to healed hearts, lives made whole, and greater freedom in Jesus Christ.  You will find an atmosphere of grace, hope, truth, and love.
