LIFE GROUP MINISTRY

“TALK IT OVER”:

Talking through the message during the week helps you and your group turn what God is saying to you into action steps. Talk It Over Sheets offer key questions to get conversation started, optional scriptures for additional study, and next steps for personal application.

There are four ways in which you can sign up to be part of one of these Life Groups.

1. U-Link is a place where you can view available small groups. You can choose to join or request information from there. You can also contact the church office for more information at 373-7910.

At Church on the Rock, we believe growing in relationship with Jesus, and with each other, happens best in small, caring communities.: We call ours Life Groups.

You belong to a community of God’s people who desire to make a difference, to be fruitful, and to be productive for the Lord. The need for relationship is part of how God made us. COTR Life Groups are one of many ministries that foster belonging. Whether you are looking for a place to meet new friends, fellowship together, grow spiritually, or just learn more about how to live life on purpose and with passion, there’s a group for you!

Life Groups are small groups meeting in various locations, intentionally designed to build Christ-centered relationships within the body of believers at Church on the Rock. When you join a Life Group, you will receive the encouragement and motivation necessary to live out the gospel here in the Valley and everywhere God takes you. Making a large church small and creating opportunity for you to use your gifts are only a few of the results gained from joining a Life Group.

Get into a COTR Life Group by contacting the Leader of the group you are interested in, checking out the Information Center on Sundays, or emailing us. We will personally help you get connected with a Life Group.

Leading/Hosting a Life Group is easy and the need continues to grow as the Lord grows our church. If you are interested in taking this next step of leadership, we encourage you to connect with your campus pastor, any of our staff pastors, or their spouses.
